Borsa İstanbul Sustainability Platform Member
The “Sustainability Platform” was established under the leadership of Borsa İstanbul and with the participation of relevant institutions in order to make evaluations about the results-oriented studies in the field of sustainability. As well as this, the platform aims to create a network that will have insightful discussions to take great strides in the field of sustainability. Yıldız Technical University “Center for Finance,Governance and Sustainability– CFGS” is among the members of the Sustainability Platform.
UN Global Compact Signatory
UN Global Compact is an innovative corporate responsibility approach that proposes universal principles to create a common development culture for the constantly competitive business world. Being a party to the Global Compact, whose vision is “sustainable and comprehensive global economy”, is completely voluntary. Yıldız Technical University “Center for Finance, Governance and Sustainability – CFGS” is a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact.
Integrated Reporting Türkiye Network Member
Integrated Reporting Türkiye Network – ERTA, Under the chairmanship of Prof. Güler Aras (Independent founding member); Established by TÜSİAD, TKYD, Borsa İstanbul, IIRC Ambassador of Turkey, Argüden Governance Academy, Global Compact Network Turkey, Garanti Bank, SKD Turkey and Çimsa, the Platform aims to enable companies to report their non-financial information in an integrated manner with financial information and to promote integrated thinking. Yıldız Technical University “Center for Finance, Governance and Sustainability – CFGS” is a member of the Integrated Reporting Türkiye Network – ERTA.
UN SDSN
United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UN SDSN), is a solution development network formed by universities, research centers, think tanks, non-governmental organizations and business world from various countries of the world. The network is an initiative of the United Nations. Being a member of this network, we aim to develop solutions for problems regarding sustainable development in cooperation by mobilizing our stakeholders.
ISO Sustainability Platform
ISO Sustainability Platform aims to create strategy proposals, develop cooperations between relevant institutions and organizations, produce outputs that will contribute to the transformation of industries. As well as cooperations, the Platform aims to create synergies with stakeholder institutions for sustainable production. Aligning with our mission of building a more sustainable future, we work in cooperation with the ISO Sustainability Platform, as one of the members of the platform.
